Eventpolicy

We want everyone to have the best night of their year. These rules keep it that way. They apply at Airport West Hotel on 23 December 2026 and at every Bellavino event.

Getting in

• Doors open at 11PM. Have your QR code ready on your phone (a screenshot is fine) with the brightness up.
• Strictly 18+. Bring valid photo ID (Ghana Card, passport or driver’s licence). No ID, no entry.
• Each QR code admits one person, once. If your code has already been scanned, been passed on, or been cancelled, it won’t get you in.
• Lost your ticket email? Go to My Tickets on this website before you leave home and request a fresh link.
• Re-entry isn’t guaranteed. If you leave, you may not be let back in.

Security

• Everyone and every bag may be searched. You can refuse, but then we can’t let you in.
• No weapons, illegal drugs, fireworks or outside drinks. Prohibited items will be confiscated and may be handed to the police.
• Follow instructions from security, venue staff and the Bellavino team at all times.

Behaviour

• Respect everyone: no harassment, violence, discrimination or unwanted touching. Zero tolerance.
• We may refuse entry or remove anyone who is too drunk, aggressive or putting others at risk, without a refund.
• Look out for each other. If you or a friend feel unsafe or unwell, find a member of security or staff straight away.

Photos and filming

The event is photographed and filmed for Bellavino’s social media and promotion. By coming in you agree you may appear in that content. If you’d rather not, let a photographer know on the night, or email support@thebellavinoexperience.com afterwards and we’ll do our best to remove you from published content.

Lost property

Keep your belongings with you; we can’t be responsible for lost or stolen items. Anything handed in on the night will be kept for 14 days. Message us on WhatsApp with a description.
