FAQ
When and where is the next one?
23 December 2026, 11PM till late, at Airport West Hotel, Airport West, Accra. Full address lands on your ticket.
How do I get my ticket?
Pay on the Tickets page with Mobile Money or card. Your tickets hit your email straight away, with one QR code per person. Didn’t get it? Check spam, or go to My Tickets and we’ll email you a fresh link.
Do I need to print anything?
No. Show the QR code on your phone at the door. A screenshot works. Each code scans once, so don’t share it.
What’s the deal with Early Bird 1, Early Bird 2 and Regular?
Prices go up as tiers sell out. Early Bird 1 is cheapest. When it’s gone, Early Bird 2 opens. When that’s gone, Regular opens. Buy early, pay less.
Can I buy for my friends?
Yes. Pick the quantity at checkout, then send each friend their own ticket from My Tickets. They get their own QR by email.
Can I give my ticket to someone else?
Yes, until doors open. Open My Tickets (the button in your ticket email, or request a link on the My Tickets page), tap “Transfer to a friend” and enter their name and email. They get a brand-new QR and yours stops working instantly, so a screenshot of the old one won’t get anyone in.
I lost my ticket email.
Go to My Tickets, enter the email you bought with (or the one your ticket was sent to), and we’ll email you a private link to your QR codes.
How do tables work?
Book on WhatsApp: +233 50 201 3224. Tap “Book on WhatsApp” on the Tables page and your message is pre-typed. The team sends you the packages, you pay to confirm, and your table is locked in.
Is there an age limit?
Strictly 18+. Bring valid ID. No ID, no entry. No exceptions.
Can I get a refund?
Tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled or moved, but you can pass yours to a friend for free from My Tickets. If we do refund you, it goes back to your card or MoMo and usually lands in 3–10 working days. Full details in our Refund Policy.
What should I wear?
Dress to be seen. It’s a night out, not a meeting. Red is never a bad idea.
